Thank you to everyone who came to the awards party last weekend. It was lovely to catch up with everyone and make plans for 2018. Greg’s film was a lovely reminder of the fabulous year and thank you Steve for updating the google spreadsheet with events for 2018. Training Plans
Saturday 25th November Run : Run for all – meet Standlake Post Office 7.30 am.. we’ll start with 8km but there will be options to make it longer if you wish!
Sunday 26th November: Evening swim: 8.30pm at the windrush leisure centre.
MOnday – Friday: Head torch runs are back. Meet Celina at lancott lane at 5.15am if you dare!
Tuesday 28th Spinning: 7.30pm at the Windrush Leisure Centre – call to book – a great high energy session.
Wednesday 29th November : Run for beginners (suitable for buggies and kids) – MEET Yew Tree Farm 9.15am
Friday 1st December : Circuit Training. 6.30pm in Standlake Village Hall. £1 entry for all adults and children over 11 years.
