Massive congratulations to Jon Hardy, who ran the Race to the King Ultra marathon (53.5 miles) last weekend. He finished in just over 13 hours – an amazing result in incredibly tough conditions
Congratulations also to Kirsty who came second overall in the Cotswold Sprint Triathlon on Sunday. She swam, biked and ran a PB of 1 hour 9 mins.. (the first time ever she has achieved a sub 1 hour 10 in a sprint tri). Kirsty was first in her 35-39 age group.
